Produits chimiques contenus dans nos produits de beauté
Un français utilise en moyenne 4 produits de soins personnels chaque jour : ça peut être des déodorants, des dentifrices, des savons, des shampoings, des lotions… La liste est longue.
Ce comportement apparemment inoffensif nous expose à approximativement 70 produits chimiques différents par jour.
C’est un travail très lourd pour notre peau et notre corps d’absorber, d’assimiler et de traiter ces différentes molécules.
Changer vos habitudes et remplacer des produits que vous utilisez parfois depuis des années peut vous paraître un effort immense. Ce n’est pas le cas.
Remplacer tous vos produits de beauté chimiques par des produits naturels et sains est une excellente idée. Mais ce n’est pas impératif de le faire pour TOUS vos produits TOUT DE SUITE.
Commencez petit à petit, au fur et à mesure, lentement, et faites ce qui vous paraît le plus facile et le plus simple. Chaque suppression de produit chimique va améliorer la situation de votre corps.
Ne cherchez pas tout de suite la perfection, ne vous infligez pas une pression psychologique importante. Contentez-vous de prendre quelques mesures simples, limitées pour réduire un peu votre exposition aux produits chimiques.
Personnellement, je vous recommande de procéder comme je le fais régulièrement avec des amis : Nous répartissons en deux groupes distincts les produits qu’ils utilisent au quotidien. Le premier groupe est constitué des « soins dont je peux me passer » et le deuxième des « soins indispensables ».
Vous allez être surpris de voir le nombre de soins utilisés au quotidien dont vous pouvez vous passer ! Remplacez-les par l’ une des recettes naturelles de ce livre et le tour est joué.
Pour améliorer les résultats, je vous conseille de commencer avec les produits cosmétiques auxquels vous vous exposez le plus : sels de bain, crèmes pour le corps. Plus tard, continuez avec les produits qui ne concernent qu’une petite surface de votre peau.
