Il vous faudrait peut-être deux ou trois tentatives avant que le cordon se brise. En utilisant toute votre force, ce cordon en plastique devra normalement éclater.

Il est important de savoir que cette manœuvre ne se fait pas sans douleur physique. Elle laissera des traces d’éraflures et d’irritations sur vos poignets. Mais c’est un moindre mal pour acquérir la liberté !

Cette technique consiste à utiliser vos armes naturelles, à savoir, vos mains, votre tête ou vos genoux comme moyen de défense. Si votre agresseur vous tient les mains, vous pouvez lever le genou à la verticale et viser les parties génitales de votre assaillant. Vous pouvez également utiliser votre coude pour vous défendre. Il s’agit de plier le bras d’effectuer un coup sur le visage de votre agresseur avec la boule de votre coude.
La morsure
La technique de la morsure fait partie des techniques qui nécessitent nos armes naturelles, citées plus haut. Elle consiste à l’utiliser en dernier recours lorsque votre agresseur vous bloque les bras ou vous serre.
